• Led development and delivery of pharmaceutical manufacturing capability with project investment of approximately $29 million.
• Coordinated international consultants, vendors, local teams and India-based stakeholders.
• Managed equipment imports, installation, regulatory readiness and project execution.
• Successfully achieved MCC South Africa regulatory approval and commenced manufacturing.

• Managed multidisciplinary stakeholders, equipment suppliers, contractors and local teams.
• Led project turnaround and delivery within the sanctioned cost and timeline.
• Managed complex vendor-award, installation, statutory-approval and stakeholder issues.
